What is coaching?

Coaching is the providing of performance advice and the facilitation of performance improvement or transformation.

 

The goal of coaching is to bridge the gap between the current level of performance and the desired level of performance and/or outcome.

                               

This INLPTA Performance Coaching Training offers a new paradigm for change. This change may be professional and/or involve personal transformation.

 

Coaching originally began in sports and fitness. Part of this training will be based on models of highly successful Olympic Coaches including the coach who has coached in more Olympics than any coach in any sport in the entire history of the Olympics.

 

In the business and professional world coaching is becoming recognized as a primary path to performance enhancement, and is a rapidly growing industry worldwide.

 

Coaching in business may involve executive coaching, leadership coaching, management coaching, team coaching, corporate coaching, and public speaking coaching or coaching on any business or professional skills.

 

There is a growing recognition in business that coaching skills are the secret every high performing manager has.

 

Often coaching trainings merely focus on how to facilitate outcomes, because the trainers lack an understanding of hard business skills.

MEET THE TRAINERS

Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall:  Wyatt is an INLPTA Master Trainer and Master Modeler and the founder and President of Advanced Behavioral Modeling, Inc., a training and consulting firm committed to dramatically increasing the performance of organizations and individuals through the use of advanced behavioral and learning technologies. Wyatt is an expert modeler, business consultant and trainer. He is the co-author of People Pattern Power: The Nine Keys to Business Success and of Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality. He is also the author of over 50 published articles on NLP. He is a past President of the International Association of NLP and is one of the co-founders of INLPTA. He is known for his vast range of interests and for his ability to synthesize complex ideas into new and more powerful models.  Wyatt has been conducting Trainers Trainings for over 15 years and has conducted trainings in 20 countries on five continents.

Mark Klaassen:  Mark is a certified NLP Master Trainer and is also certified in Spiral Dynamics (SD) I and II.  He has a B. Theol, a Dip in Human Resources and is Director of Communications Plus.  Mark's background is in banking, business consultancy, human development, executive coaching, marketing and training.  Consulting to businesses throughout New Zealand and Internationally, he utilizes NLP, the Spiral Dynamics model (on values, leadership and change), accelerated strategic planning and systematic change management.  Mark's clients have included: Air New Zealand, Vodafone, Bank of New Zealand, Fletcher Forests, Alinta AGL Energy and ASB Bank.  He also teaches NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification.  He brings with him a unique view of the 'human development' and 'corporate business' areas along with a deep caring for people.

TAKING PART IN INLPTA as a Master Coach

Your successful completion of this Training qualifies you for an INLPTA Certificate and entitles you to register with INLPTA. Official INLPTA membership authorizes you to use the INLPTA logo in the marketing of coaching that meets the INLPTA standards. To exercise this option you must pay yearly dues and agree to the professional performance conditions as set forth by INLPTA and to abide by the INLPTA Accreditation Requirements and the INLPTA Professional Code of Ethics. 

WHO CAN ATTEND THIS TRAINING?

This training is open to anyone certified to INLPTA standards of equivalent as an NLP Master Practitioner or above e.g. NLP Trainer.    

The Training is also available on special application to those certified as NLP Practitioner to INLPTA standards, however, Practitioners will only be certified as Practitioner Coach, until they complete an INLPTA NLP Master Practitioner Training, at which time they can become certified as a Master Coach.

CERTIFICATION AS AN NLP MASTER COACH

Certification will be through INLPTA.  To become certified as an NLP Master Coach you must attend and successfully complete an INLPTA sponsored Master Coach Training.

IMPORTANT: Attendance at this training does not automatically imply that you will be certified as an NLP Master Coach. Certification will only be awarded to those who successfully complete this course and who competently meet all of the requirements and standards established by INLPTA.
