MEET THE TRAINERS

Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall:  Wyatt is an INLPTA Master Trainer and Master Modeler and the founder and President of Advanced Behavioral Modeling, Inc., a training and consulting firm committed to dramatically increasing the performance of organizations and individuals through the use of advanced behavioral and learning technologies. Wyatt is an expert modeler, business consultant and trainer. He is the co-author of People Pattern Power: The Nine Keys to Business Success and of Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality. He is also the author of over 50 published articles on NLP. He is a past President of the International Association of NLP and is one of the co-founders of INLPTA. He is known for his vast range of interests and for his ability to synthesize complex ideas into new and more powerful models.  Wyatt has been conducting Trainers Trainings for over 15 years and has conducted trainings in 20 countries on five continents.

Mark Klaassen:  Mark is a certified NLP Master Trainer and is also certified in Spiral Dynamics (SD) I and II.  He has a B. Theol, a Dip in Human Resources and is Director of Communications Plus.  Mark's background is in banking, business consultancy, human development, marketing and training.  Consulting to businesses throughout New Zealand and Internationally, he utilizes NLP, the Spiral Dynamics model (on values, leadership and change), accelerated strategic planning and systematic change management.  Mark's clients have included: Air New Zealand, Vodafone, Bank of New Zealand and Fletcher Forests plus Executive Coaching.  He also teaches NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification.  He brings with him a unique view of the 'human development' and 'corporate business' areas along with a deep caring for people.

Guest Trainer - Stage Craft

Marvin Oka:  Marvin is a Certified NLP Master Trainer, Certified Master Modeler, and is on the Board of Directors of The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) and he is also the originator of Neuro Behavioral Modeling (NBM).  Marvin has trainer hundreds of NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners, and many of the worlds top NLP Trainers and corporate trainers, both in Australia and internationally.  His powerful Generative Learning methodology brings a whole new dimension to NLP Training - and adds to the student's learning experience.  Marvin works as a professional Behavioral modeler and specializes in organizational whole-system change, culture shaping, leadership development and strategy development.  Wyatt Woodsmall says that Marvin Oka is the most skilled NLP Trainer in the World - hence many who have experienced his teaching and stagecraft refer to him as "Magical Marvin."

Eileen Darwin - Training Coordinator:

Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Metaphysical Trainer, Eileen has run a variety of businesses in both Australia and New Zealand.  She is Co-Director of Communications Plus with her partner Mark Klaassen.  Eileen has travelled widely, learning about metaphysics and natural therapies for 30 years and her studies have included various workshops and trainings in energy flows (Chakras), meditation, yoga, massage, the Enneagram, Reiki healing, breathing techniques and also she is certified in Systemic Thinking and Leadership.  She began her own teaching and counselling practice 20 years ago.  Eileen will be adding to your NLP Trainer Training, and you'll find her full of life, fun and passion.  She is inspiring, motivational and more than willing to support you in developing more self-awareness as you continue your NLP journey.

TAKING PART IN INLPTA

Your successful completion of this Training qualifies you for an INLPTA Certificate and entitles you to register with INLPTA. Official INLPTA membership authorizes you to use the INLPTA logo in the marketing of trainings that meet the INLPTA standards as well as the right to obtain and use the INLPTA seal on the accreditation certificates of your students. To exercise this option you must pay yearly dues and agree to the professional performance conditions as set forth by INLPTA and to abide by the INLPTA Accreditation Requirements and the INLPTA Professional Code of Ethics.


WHO CAN ATTEND THIS TRAINING?

This training is open to anyone certified as an NLP Master Practitioner. To become certified as an INLPTA Trainer you must be able to demonstrate that your NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner knowledge and skills meet the INLPTA standards.


CERTIFICATION AS AN NLP TRAINER

Certification will be through the International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainers Association (INLPTA). To become certified as an NLP Trainer or Master Trainer you must attend and successfully complete an INLPTA sponsored Trainers Training Evaluation.

IMPORTANT: Attendance at this training does not automatically imply that you will be certified as an NLP Trainer or Master Trainer. Certification will only be awarded to those who successfully complete this course and who competently meet all of the requirements and standards established by INLPTA.
